Restart network on kali linux, after use wirless in monitor mode

Gotcha. From the name, an i guess thevstate of my mind at the time, i thought that maybe this was an exploit. To remote restart the hardware....lol

Update:
The only services to stop and restat actually are NetworkManage, wpa_supplicant:

sudo airmon-ng check     

    PID Name
    470 NetworkManager
  23542 wpa_supplicant

To put your Network Card back into Managed Mode
run Following Comands -->

sudo ifconfig wlan0 down
sudo iwconfig wlan0 mode managed
sudo service NetworkManager start

How can I put those commands in a file in a list, one command per line, the just run one command in the terminal that runs all of those commands in order? So I only have to run one command to run them all. Like automating it?
