  • I think my strongest quality would be self-assuredness. Most of the skill sets listed are things like intuitive and bold; I may doubt myself from time to time, but I do believe I am capable of what I set my mind to. I tend to work best on my own but when in groups, I am comfortable in the driver seat or taking direction. I need to work on utilizing other people's methods and not just listening with no intention of taking the advice. I should trust my teammates more than that. My results say I could be a good leader, I'm intuitive and collected. I hope this will carry me through the challenges I am sure to face beyond Turing and into my career. It's important to know our strengths so we can build on them and lean on them when we have doubt. It's important to know our weaknesses so when we feel them surface or expose themselves, we recognize it and take steps to overcome them.
