- 2.5 lb Ground Beef or Turkey, lean
- 1 Onions, chopped
- 1 Bell Peppers, red or yellow
- 1 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 28 oz Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- On a 6-quart Instant Pot, select Sauté and adjust to Normal/Medium.
- Add the ground beef or turkey to olive oil in the pot. Cook, stirring frequently, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Drain off the fat, if needed. Stir in the chili powder and salt. Stir in the tomatoes, broth, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and garlic. Lock the lid in place.
- Select Manual and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Use quick release.
