In Plasma 6.3.6 this is now:

qdbus6 org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell org.kde.PlasmaShell.evaluateScript 'lockCorona(locked)'
qdbus6 org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell org.kde.PlasmaShell.evaluateScript 'lockCorona(!locked)'
