For creating Pascal VOC style annotations I like to use this repo. It's very easy to go through each annotation you have and it's coordinates, and then save them as a xml.
@JordanMakesMaps, how to understand the annotation of Pascal Voc, as a single XML file has only one annotation. For video how to consider it, since i am new to it, i am unable to understand how these annotations work with videos. And ICDAR15 video Pascal Voc contains what fomat ?
What is best tool or method for creating our own segmentation dataset on pascal voc format?
does .xml (pascal voc) support for facelandmark (68 keypoint for example)? any example xml file
