GSoC 2020: Replace FreeType's tracing and debugging facilities with an external logging library.

Hi all,
I am Priyesh Kumar and I have been spending my summer working with The FreeType Project as a participant in Google Summer of Code 2020. I worked on the project to enhance the tracing and debugging facility of FreeType. This is the final report of my GSoC experience with FreeType.
