*Strengthen Programing Fundamentals ..*spend time everyday going over basics ie working with and manipulating arrays and other interview prep

*Do more freelance work ..*Spend less time looking for opportunites and MORE TIME pursuing those opportunities

*Land a full time job coding ..*less time looking at jobs and MORE TIME applying for those jobs--even if I don't meet all the requirements.

This is great RJ! A couple of comments:

  • Make sure there is a space after the # and the * otherwise the Markdown syntax won't quite work :)
  • I love the focus on rigorous self-assessment, responsibility & focus on the bottom line ($$$)
  • Let's set up a time to think through the rest of the bike store application, and what will be involved to bring that to a MVP level!

I would also spend more time in crafting OKR's, per the authors recommendation that you sent me. What are the tangible, numbers that you want to see? How much money do you want? How many freelance opportunities are you going to work through before you get that first job? Number numbers numbers.
