Ceramics: Produce Clay at a Kiln.
Fuel Industry: Burn wood into Charcoal, or Lignite and Bituminous Coal into Coke.
Soap Industry: Butcher, Kitchen (or Millstone/Screw Press) and Wood Furnace, Ashery
Textile Industry: Plant fiber, Wool, Silk, Tailer, Loom
Paper Industry: Papyrus OR Cloth Plant (Paper) OR Leather, Calcite/Chalk/Limestone/Marble (Parchment). Workshops vary.

This is the optimal uniform without using foreign items. It is quite expensive, and is best reserved for adventure mode or your best combat dwarves.
