ISI Abroad - International Studies Institute

ISI Abroad provides a hassle-free study program abroad making it very easy for students to apply for studies in Italy at either Florence or Perugia. The study process and registration are supervised by the administration, and the students are supported at all times by the faculty. The program is structured in a way that the procedure of enrollment is very smooth, from the time they enroll to the time they come back home, students will be concentrating on academic progress and getting used to a foreign culture knowing that they have the support of the team if they need anything.

1. Main Student Dashboard. (For Admin)

This is a centralized hub where administrators oversee the movement of each student. Through a tool to approve or disapprove steps, students can be transferred to stages according to one of these tools, along with regulating students' progress. Admins have total control in the personalization of each student's view to give them a smooth and pleasant experience.

Every stage in the process features a form that's created using the WordPress Elementor plugin. This makes sure you can tailor each form to fit what you need. By using the Gravity Forms plugin as well, the forms are not easy to design but also pack a punch when it comes to features. This results in a smooth and quick experience for both those running the show and the students.

2. Main Admin Dashboard. (For Status)

The Admin Dashboard shows a detailed stats overview. Several cards display student numbers at each stage of their progress. This lets admins see where students are in the process, from sign-up to finishing. You can interact with every card and filter it based on specific criteria. These include session, program, institute, and more. This gives admins the ability to look at data as it comes in. The filtering system that changes on the fly makes sure admins can find the info they need. This makes it easier to keep an eye on how students are doing, spot any hold-ups, and keep the program running .

3. Student Listing Page

The Student Listing Page gives admins a table they can change to fit what the admin needs. The table has filters you can adjust to find and arrange student info based on different things. You can set these filters to show just the info you want. Also, you can save the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF files, which makes it easy to create reports. Each admin can make their own views picking which fields to see and which filters to use. This lets every admin work with the data in the way that works best for them.

4. Platform Setting (For Admin Only)

The application provides extensive settings that allow admins to manage and customize various aspects of the platform. With dedicated setting pages, each containing multiple tabs or sub-sections, admins have complete control over the configuration of the system. These settings cover everything from user permissions to form customization, ensuring that every detail of the platform can be adjusted to meet the unique needs of the institution. The intuitive layout of the settings pages makes it easy for admins to navigate and configure each section, providing full flexibility in managing the application.

5. Platform Monitoring

The platform includes powerful monitoring tools that provide real-time insights into system performance and activity. With these tools, admins can track application health, view detailed metrics, and identify potential issues early. This comprehensive monitoring ensures the platform runs smoothly and efficiently, giving admins the visibility needed to maintain a high-quality user experience. The intuitive interface allows for quick access to performance data, helping admins respond proactively to any system needs.
