[19:04:10] <enderst> kind of like one of my customers. their backup server wasn't responding so i emailed the lady that sits next to it and asked her to tell me if it was on. she email me back and says yep and rebooted it to make sure
[19:04:35] <enderst> the only way for her to reboot it is to pull the plug. i told her not to do that again
[19:04:50] <enderst> she told me to be more specific next time
[19:05:30] <enderst> i almost choked her through the phone. i thought by not mentioning reboot/shutdown i wouldn't have to worry about it
