tl;dl: -1: Amulet summons. -2: girl/woman capable of moving amulet. (exists only during the night) -3: horde of monsters. (exists only during the day)
Item #: SCP-N1
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-N1 is to be kept near/in a vault with 5m thick concrete walls, and at least one cell
which has no entrance with adamantium-reinforced concrete walls that are at least 5m thick. At least two cells must be
available within a summer-solstace night's walk. SCP-N1-1 will be placed in any cell that is currently intact, all other
cells are to be repaired to standard ASAP, likewise any damage to the vault proper that hinders or disables its purpose
(secondary containment) is to be repaired immediately. Vaults and cells must be above ground, can not contain anything that
would kill the majority of SCP-N1-3 upon "spawning", and will be fitted with emergency nuclear warheads for rapid disposal
of SCP-N1-3 should a major breach occur. Any cell that has been breached is to be checked for any blood, tissue, fecal, or
urine samples as well as any shed skin, claws, fur, scales or anything that could possibly give a DNA sample.
SCP-N1-2 is to receive psychiatric care to deal with her issues (see Interview-N1-2a for reasons).
Description: SCP-N1-1 is an amulet, or necklace, normally worn by SCP-N1-2 or left free-floating in a room. If left in a
room that is either below ground, is to small to host the day's SCP-N1-3 or endangers a significant number of SCP-N1-3 it
will teleport to the last room it summoned SCP-N1-3 that still meets its criteria just before the next sunrise. SCP-N1-1's
primary purpose seems to be to act as a "spawn point" for SCP-N1-2 and SCP-N1-3.
SCP-N1-1 shares certain properties with SCP-N1-2 and SCP-N1-3-A: it occupies a room rather than a location in the room
(visually it appears to occupy part of the room that nothing else is near), attempts to physically interact with it are much
the same as interacting with a rainbow, and it "evades" attempts to give it a description beyond what it is. The inability
to describe the objects is not limited to direct visual observation, any photograph, recording or other imagery disallows
viewers to notice any details that differentiate the subjects (other than them being clearly unnatural). SCP-N1-2 and SCP-
N1-3-A are both mobile and are able to move from room to room without needing any means to physically permit them, in effect
they are not hindered by walls. They are however limited to what appears to be normal walking speed when moving between
rooms.
SCP-N1-2 is a female human of variable age, and thus far is the only means of moving SCP-N1-1. SCP-N1-2 varies her age,
overall emotional state and general personality with the phases of the moon. Likewise she is only present when the moon is
visible in the sky. It should be noted that interaction with some of her personalities will result in her being angered or
upset with the organization and will actively refuse to move SCP-N1-1 into a complete cell, or in the cases where it's
already in one, she'll remove it and place it in the vault proper. She has yet to be upset enough to place it outside a
vault. SCP-N1-2 has shown three defensive/combat abilities. When directly threatened SCP-N1-1 causes her attacker to be
frozen in time until the sun fully breaches the horizon. When in the presence of people who have commited sexual assault on
minors or (as of Incident-N1-3) argued for her weaponization she will physically strike the person at which point the
subject will rapidly decay into dust from the point of exposure, this process is extremely painful and usually kills the
subject before they completely rot away. Process takes 10 minutes. The third is the ability to replicate SCP-N1-1's
summoning of SCP-N1-3, in a much lesser capacity, see SCP-N1-3's details for more information. If SCP-N1-2 hasn't spoken to
a living human within two weeks she will wander away from containment with SCP-N1-1 in her possession, potentially leading
to a breach, she appears to do this as if in a trance-state as she doesn't remember even wanting to wander around.
SCP-N1-3 are summoned by SCP-N1-1 whenever the sun begins to breach the horizon and will be dismissed when the sun
completely sets (mirroring SCP-N1-2's summoning). Each individual creature summoned is to be considered a possible keter-
class SCP, at each summoning nearly one-hundred seperate creatures appear near SCP-N1-1's location, at which point they will
immediately attack every human they can reach will extreme vigor. Should they be unable to reach any humans they will
violently attack any nearby walls until they breach it. Generally they breach their cell each day (hence the need for
secondary walls) but usually fail short of breaching the vault's walls by that time. Their enthusiasm in attacking the
walls quickly results in the destruction of any monitoring devices placed in the cell making identifying any individual
member difficult. To date there are over XXX different genetic samples collected, and it appears that the selection varies
from day to day. Due to the difficulty in maintaining survailance attempts at finding a pattern to which variants are
selected has been difficult. There are to date 5 identified variants of SCP-N1-3:
SCP-N1-3-A: Identical to the current state of SCP-N1-2 except instead of being "shadowy" is bright and slightly painful to
look at, just as looking directly at the sun is. However, SCP-N1-3-A is much more aggresive and hostile, often breaching
containment in less than an hour (see incidents: Incident-N1-4, Incident-N1-6, Incident-N1-8). Her sole form of
communication is yelling loudly (within human norms) rants about our murderous, lecherous and otherwise sinful behavior. As
she occupies a "room" rather than a location within said room attacking her is very much unadvisable Incident-N1-4 has shown
her presence causes more deaths due to crossfire from people trying to attack her than from anything else. Her sole means
of attacking are her carona, which is well in excess of XXXXC, and "solar bursts" which incinerate a person instantly, but
require SCP-N1-3-A to continually focus fire to be able to damage anything else (like a vehicle, wall or barrier). As of
Incident-N1-8 it appears that live music is able to calm her just as it calms SCP-N1-2 (see Incident-N1-7), further testing
being performed.
'''
Dr Nowhere: Focus fire on all other SCP-N1-3 and evade her attacks the best you can. Remember: so long as you are in a
moving vehicle the other SCP-N1-3 are much more of a threat.
'''
SCP-N1-3-B: It's unknown what SCP-N1-3-B actually is, all that's known is the end result was it absorbing the cell and
containing vault into itself, becoming a large immobile creature with the vault's outer walls acting as a giant outer
"mouth" and any rooms/cells inside acting as inner "mouths". First (and so far only appearance) was Incident-N1-7 in which
a large number [REDACTED] and all flying variants were released, at which point the sun completed setting and the entire
vault disappeared with the rest of the SCP-N1-3. All members of the guard-force for SCP-N1 are currently going under
mandatory psychiatric evaluation and a request for SCP-telekill helmets is under review.
SCP-N1-3-C: Described as being a meter long and snake-like, their sole aggressive action is to bore through a person,
usually striking a vital organ and rupturing it. Beyond that we know nothing thanks to their speed and lack of information
about them beyond incident reports.
SCP-N1-3-D: As above, information is limited. They appear to be large bats, their only known threat potential is biting the
heads off of people and dropping the headless corpse onto someone else.
SCP-N1-3-E: Once again, information is limited. A large turtle-like creature, larger than a tank. It consumes the dead,
and through an unknown process converts them into material for assault, all of which are spit at the target. Bone becomes
dart-like, in what was described as a blast not-unlike "buck-shot". Blood becomes a blinding agent, and the rest is used as
"webbing", once bound a living subject is carried around and has been used as additional shielding.
