<rms> So basic premis on the Exalted side is Abyssals won, everything is in Oblivion, except the Exalted Shards, and the Wyld kind of borders with Oblivion now. With nowhere to go they sat in the Wyld waiting for a chance to Exalt something.
<rms> Yeah typing.
<rms> Eventually, "rifts" open up on Earth (Fallout side) which are actually bordermarches. This leads the Fae and the shards to a new world.
<rms> A world with a low population and 750 shards capable of Exalting people.
<rms> Because the means of propegation for GSPs and DBs are gone, they're unavailable.
<Schleiermacher> Hmmm.
<Schleiermacher> I really don't understand why I'm arguing this, considering I hate GSPs and all their workings, but what do you mean they're unavailable?
<Schleiermacher> *or rather what do you mean the means of propagation are gone?
<rms> Yozis are dead and gone.
<Schleiermacher> Can the Infernal shards literally not Exalt people without coadjutors?
<rms> GSPs need demons to Exalt people
<rms> That yeah.
<Jammy> What would the world they wind up in be like?
<rms> One of the final fights was on Autobot, and on discovering the new world he tasked himself with ensuring it wouldn't happen again, so he had 1CDs generated to convert the brain-bot manufacturing into something capable of producing Alchemicals. It's not always successful, but it's somewhat cleaner than before.
<rms> (To be clear, Autobot was changed by having a bunch of his Devas killed in the fight)
<rms> Jammy: Fallout universe, about same time as the first game.

<rms> The fact that none of them having working bodies.

<rms> Right now the only intersted player is a complete noob. Also this is a trail, so it'll be a low-powered game with a possibility of ending after the first arc. If the game format works out well I'll continue it beyond that.
<rms> Abyssals work fine, they just don't have monstraces and can't get Wispers without Charms giving them it.
<Schleiermacher> Ah...

<Attilla> well without the deathlords/monstrances the abyssal exaltations still have a default behaviour and stuff

<rms> I'm thinking of giving people a default of Past Lives 3. Not 100% on it yet.

<Attilla> i'm guessing rms will be possibly using the alternate resonance rules from Shards, if only because they are meant for settings without the Neverborn (actually that is a point do the Neverborn still exist or did they dissolve away when Oblivion expanded?)
<Jammy> Neverborn would be gone.
<Jammy> Creation was their only tether to existence.
<rms> Neverborn, Yozis, gods (inc Incarnae) are all gone
<rms> As is Fate.

<Schleiermacher> I assume the Working didn't touch this place, but it's still accessible through past life memories...?
<rms> Sids have a massive disadvantage of everyone being ouside Fate, and all MA tutors are gone. But their main Charmset is open now.
<rms> Working?
<rms> Jammy: knowledge of MA, Sorcery and Thamalurgy is gone.

<rms> Obv Hero styles are still available.
<Schleiermacher> What do you mean open? Astrological Charms?
<rms> No, I mean they can make new Firearms Charms if they wanted to.
<Jammy> I don't suppose Abyssal Hero is open to solars... :B

<rms> If you get an Abyssal tutor...
<rms> Oh, Firearms, Drive and Lore Charms from Shards are allowed and suggested.
<Attilla> so that means sidereals can point at you with a "finger gun", go 'bang' and then you die
<rms> Some Solar shards have gone through the Abyssal->Solar process though (6pts mutation)
<rms> (Using Revlid's fix)
<Attilla> idk revlid's mutation fix seemed skeevy as hell
<Schleiermacher> Why?
<Schleiermacher> I haven't really given it fine analysis, but it seemed sane to me?
<rms> Some of the combat mutations are broken
<Attilla> it has some ridiculous stacking things going on for getting the best natural attacks ever
<Jammy> So if everythings oblivion, where are all the abyssals chillin?
<Schleiermacher> Hm. That's bad.
<Schleiermacher> Well, they reincarnate too, don't they?
<Jammy> Or are they shardform too?
<Schleiermacher> Work, work, work.
<rms> Jammy: did you miss the 750 Shards suddenly show up part?
<rms> (250 Solar/Aby + 300 Lunar + 100 Sid + 100 Noc)
<Schleiermacher> Nocturnals?

<rms> Probably won't allow them due to them not being 2.5
<Schleiermacher> ...maybe I'm not out. :p
