some problems i have on debian (stable) with my android phone

Problem 1: Sync with rhythmbox

  • device only recognized when configured as disk
    • not recognized when configured as media device
    • for rhythmbox it needs to be a media device

Problem 2: strangeness with multiuser

  • somehow the device ends up at user1, even when im at user 2

    (i tend to switch user with the ctrl+/ keys
