Dough Ingredients

Here are the ingredients for 4 flat pizzas.

• 400g Strong White Bread Flour
• 100g Semolina Flour
• ~20g or so of semolina flour for kneeding and putting under the pizza. Can use regular strong white bread flour instead.
• 300ml of warm water
• 1/2 TBS of fine sea salt
