§ 1 Naming Nicknames may generally not be offensive or of similar content. Forbidden and Illegal nicknames will be banned from the server!
§ 2 Interrupt conversations Users who deliberately disrupt conversations and do not show any insight even after repeated warnings will result in a Server/ Channel Kick. In cases where there is no reason to do so, temporary bans are imposed, up to a permanent ban.
§ 3 Insults If you don't have a sensible tone of voice and insult other users, whether directly or subtly, you have to live with the consequences.
§ 4 Noises Obscene noises or noise of the headset are to be avoided! You are also asked to adjust the microphone so that the breathing is not permanently audible. If you are eating on the side and have nothing to say, please deactivate/Mute your microphone.
§ 5 Channel Hopping ...is prohibited. That means not just hopping around without Reason. Whoever disobeys, is Disconnected/ Muted.
§ 6 Disputes Private misunderstandings and disputes are also to be kept private and do not belong on the server. Disputes with RedEyedRaven#7944 could lead to escalation. (He Wanted me to Add this)
§ 7 Right to issue instructions The Admins have full authority on the server. Who does not follow the instructions of the Admins, is warned and in case of emergency kicked. If this happens more often, a ban is to be expected. Admins are people with either of the Roles Owner, Admin, Mr.Secretrary
§ 8 Control rights Each admin can switch to a channel unannounced or move individual users to control a conversation.
§ 9 Hacker attacks Any attack against this server is punishable by law. This means especially flooding with various programs and DOS attacks.
§ 10 Record conversations The recording of conversations on the entire server is only allowed in agreement with the present users in the channel. We protect your this way privacy.
§ 11 Advertising Any kind of active advertising for your own purposes is prohibited, unless it has been previously agreed with the server founder ScarVite#6606 and he agreed. By advertising we mean audio advertising, voice advertising, links and text messages to the channel or individual users, as well as files with advertising content that are uploaded to the channels.
§ 12 Removal and banning No one is banned or removed without a reason! ALL admins and moderators have the right to remove people and ban them. But sometimes it can still happen that it was not justified. Therefore you can mesage me (ScarVite#6606) via direct message.
§ 13 Data protection Private data, such as telephone numbers, addresses, passwords, etc. may not be exchanged publicly. A server admin or Team-assigned channel admin will never ask for your password or similar. If this is the case, please report this ScarVite#6606.
§ 14 Text channel, text messages and avatars The use of words that could give the impression that you are a member of the team or which are misanthropic, racist, sexist, pornographic, national socialist, protected by copyright or discriminatory as well as avatars that violate the personal rights of a person are prohibited. We are entitled to delete messages from the text areas. The messages must fit to the topic of the text channel!
