This Privacy Policy applies to Snake 3D: Pure Classic distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Snake 3D: Pure Classic currently operates as an offline game. The current version does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or usage data from the app.
The current version:
- does not require an account;
- does not contain advertising or in-app purchases;
- does not use analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising or analytics SDKs;
- does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device data; and
- does not transmit gameplay or device information to the developer or third parties.
Game settings, zoom preferences, and best-score information are stored only in the app's local storage on your device. This information is not transmitted to the developer or any third party. You can remove this local information by deleting the app or clearing its app data where the operating system provides that option.
Because the current version has no user accounts and stores no information on developer-controlled servers, there is no server-side account or personal data to delete.
If you contact the developer by email, the developer will receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. This information is not transmitted by the game. It will be used only to respond to your inquiry and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
The game may be played by people of different ages, including children. The current version does not collect personal information from children or other users and does not display advertising.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, advertising shown to children or users of unknown age will be age-appropriate and non-personalized, and will use services permitted under the applicable platform rules. Age-screening, parental controls, or parental gates will be used where required.
Future versions may introduce advertising and/or optional in-app purchases, including an option to remove advertising. These features are not present in the current version.
Before any version containing advertising, purchases, analytics, tracking, or new data practices is released:
- this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the actual practices of that version;
- the applicable Apple App Store and Google Play privacy, advertising, and data-safety disclosures will be updated;
- any relevant third-party services, data categories, purposes, retention practices, and user choices will be identified; and
- consent, tracking permission, age-screening, and parental protections will be implemented where required by law or platform policy.
In-app purchases will use the applicable Apple or Google billing system. The developer will not receive users' complete payment-card details. If the developer receives or retains any purchase-related information in a future version, that practice will be disclosed before that version is released.
This policy may be updated when the app's features or privacy practices change. Changes apply prospectively and do not authorize undisclosed collection or use of information before the policy and applicable store disclosures are updated. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made, and users will be notified through the app or store listing where required.
