Fix: AMD RX 6900 XT monitors show No Signal after boot (GPU TDR crash loop - LiveKernelEvent 141)

AMD RX 6900 XT โ€” Monitors "No Signal" After Boot (GPU TDR Crash Loop)

Problem

  • PC with an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and 3 monitors connected directly to the GPU.
  • On boot, all monitors show "No Signal" / black screen.
  • The PC is actually running โ€” you can still get into Windows via Remote Desktop (RDP).
  • In Device Manager you may notice the AMD Radeon (integrated) Graphics disabled (Code 22) โ€” but that is a distraction; the real problem is the discrete GPU driver crashing.
  • A Meta Quest Link virtual display (Meta Virtual Monitor, ROOT\DISPLAY\0000) may also be listed. Its driver can fail to load with 0xC0000365 (STATUS_DRIVER_BLOCKED). If you don't use a Meta headset, disable it (see Fix step 2).
