The most common causes of lumbosacral radiculopathy are compressive intervertebral disc herniation and degenerative spondylosis. </p><p class="css_h1">This topic will review the etiologies, clinical features, and diagnosis of acute lumbosacral radiculopathy. The treatment and prognosis of lumbosacral radiculopathy are discussed separately.
