Youtube API v3 Thumbnail Set doesnt work.md

The Thumbnail#Set API Requests will fail for a Video for which you have a running or finished Thumbnail Test.

Delete the Test and re-run the Request. Works again.

Youtube API returns a forbidden (403) Response and saying "The thumbnail can't be set for the specified video. The request might not be properly authorized.".

Huh?!
