psi --strategy "mobile" --threshold "85" http://example.com

Running PSI via the web-based version or through DevTools gives more explicit instructions on how to fix things, so it's good to check there too.

The default strategy is mobile, but it's nice to have it explicit. The default threshold is 70, but we want something a bit tougher.
