Install Ubuntu from ISO

- Make sure to enable LUKS during installation for full disk encryption
- For machines with Windows installed using Bitlocker, this will fail. Boot to live CD first to use gparted to blow away Windows partition before running installed

Wayland
- Needed to support fractional scaling

For NVidia laptops, need to disable nvidia GPU and use intel iGPU so we can use Wayland (this also boosts battery life)
