✅[Parcel 折腾记] parceljs 无法 import 图片，好奇怪。(parceljs 1.3.1 修复了这个bug )

因为之前 Windows 的问题 #29 ，将parceljs版本降到了 1.2.1，但是import 图片功能在 1.3.1 才可以用。 尴尬😅
