SSH Broken Pipe fix

To fix it, on your mac do:

emacs (or vim/vi/nano/etc) ~/.ssh/config

And then, write this:

Host *
    ServerAliveInterval 120
    TCPKeepAlive no

VirtualBox + Vagrant + NFS

File permission denied

cd <dir> && chflags -R nouchg *
