Signal Desktop app troubleshooting notes on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

The OpenSUSE build service contains package(s) to install.

Always keep a secure backup of ~/.config/Signal

Fully close Signal and remove ~/.config/Signal/GPUCache if the window is garbage after a zypper dup

If you get a flashing "Disconnected" yellow box notification, go into your cell phone and remove the link for the desktop device, the re-add it again using the normal means, without closing Signal-Desktop. Your saved chats will not be lost.
