MailManager (MM) Gmail Tool — Privacy Policy

MM is a single-developer agent tool used only by Thom Ives to access his own Gmail accounts (thom.ives@gmail.com and thom.zipdatapi@gmail.com). The tool performs read, send, label, mark, draft, and trash/untrash operations on Thom's behalf via the Gmail API.

Data handling:

  • No user data is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared with any third party.
  • All operations execute locally on Thom's hardware. The only network destination is Google's Gmail API.
  • OAuth tokens are stored locally under ~/.config/general_gmail/ and ~/.config/zipdatapi/ on Thom's workstation. They are not transmitted elsewhere.
  • Source code is open at https://github.com/ThomIves/MailManager.
