- Amy Kintner 1610 BE Maize Analytics 4/2/2017 Nashville, TN In the years before attending Turing, Amy finished a PhD in musicology at the University of Rochester in upstate New York, taught at three east-coast universities as an adjunct professor, and then moved back to her home state of Colorado to work with the world-renowned Aspen Music Festival & School for one season. After taking as many online courses for coding as she could stomach, she decided to make the leap of pursuing more formal coursework in software development. She picked Turing partly on the recommendation of a friend - not a prior Turing grad, but a prior DevBootcamp grad from Chicago - and partly because it was a non-profit institution.
