Usually in your .github/workflows
folder. If you create the gha via github, the folder is created automatically.
This github workflow create android apk, any examples on how to create iOS IPA file and upload to testflight without using Fastlane?
Appreciate any pointers.

The "format" command is deprecated and will be removed in a future version of Flutter. Please use the "dart format" sub-command instead, which takes all of the same command-line arguments as "flutter format".
