How to add a publication to Corpus

1. Go to publications and search for the name of the pub | |
2. If it's not there, search for the domain of the pub | |
3. If you've found an existing entry for the pub, edit it. Otherwise hit "New Publication" | |
4. Fill out Publication Name* (try to omit "Magazine"), Canonical URL* (no http:// or wwww.), Summary* (short and sweet, think Twitter bio), Location, Facebook URL (full URL is fine), Twitter*, Avatar* (min. 300x300) and then hit "SAVE" | |
5. Move over to Parser. Find the RSS feed for the publication (test that it loads properly in the browser and has new items) and input it. Input multiple feeds if necesary. | |
6. Go to STORE and add categoritzations (FORCE VISIBILITY if it has no other categorizations) | |
7. Find a good sample URL and customize in Diffbot. |
