At the exact same time, Aaron (253) and Ben (255) both check their phone and can't load

Aug 22: Aaron downloads 256. In the next two days, Aaron's app loses Explore 3 times (logging out and in restores it - for a while)

Aug 25: Aaron notices that while his app is in the 'Explore Won't Load' state, every profile shows the pub/writer in an unfollowed state.
