Ike Agent is a personal AI assistant application that integrates with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts) to help manage tasks, schedule, and communications.
Ike Agent accesses the following Google services on your behalf:
- Gmail — reading, sending, and drafting emails
- Google Calendar — reading and managing calendar events
- Google Drive — reading, creating, and managing files
- Google Contacts — reading and managing contacts
- Your data is accessed only to provide the personal assistant functionality you request
- Data is processed locally on your own server and is not shared with third parties
- No data is sold, rented, or made available to any external service
- Your data is never used for advertising purposes
- OAuth tokens are stored locally on your server in encrypted credential files
- No Google data is stored permanently by the application — it is accessed in real-time via the Google APIs and processed in memory
- Email content, calendar events, and files are read on-demand and not cached
- Ike Agent does not share your Google data with any third party
- The application is for personal use only and is not distributed to other users
- No analytics or tracking data is collected
- All OAuth tokens are stored with restricted file permissions (600)
- Communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS encryption
- The application runs on your own infrastructure — no cloud hosting of your data
- You can revoke Ike Agent's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings
- Upon revocation, the application immediately loses access to your data
- You can delete stored OAuth tokens at any time
