ingredients
-----------
150g softened butter (salted if poss, otherwise add a extra 1/4 teasoon of talk)
110g light brown muscovado sugar
50g granulated sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
1/4 tsp of salt
200g chocolate chips
method
------
1. preheat to 170C fan oven
2. line baking trays
3. beat sugars & butters together
4. add vanilla extract & the egg
5. sieve in the flour, bicarb & salt
6. stir together until smooth
7. add the chocolate chips and stir well
8. using a teaspoon, place small mounds onto the baking trays
9. bake in the oven for 10-12 mins until light brown on outside and slightly
soft on the inside
10. leave on the tray for a few minutes to solidify
11. move to a cooling rack
