 Requirements:
 •	4+ years experience in iOS development or the ability to show us you have the skills regardless of how long you’ve been working professionally. 
 •	Deep understanding of Objective-C and the iOS SDK. You can fact check NSHipster posts and you know what the Friday Q&A is.
 •	Have deployed multiple apps to the AppStore. 
 •	Experience with universal apps. You like storyboards and you’ve tamed Auto Layout.
 •	Your expert use of git is a skill you've filed alongside typing, Microsoft Word, chewing gum while walking, and breathing.  
 •	Deep knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and AppStore Review Guidelines. You have had apps denied before, and you know how to prevent that in the future.
 •	A strong belief in the importance of testing. You regularly build your apps with TDD / BDD and you love Continuous Integration.

 Extra Credit:
 •	Ruby on Rails experience
 •	BS in Computer Science
 •	Love to write about what you do. You have a blog and you keep it up-to-date as you learn new things.
