Online Security Measures

Some measures to help you keep your precious accounts (and your data privacy) safe online

KeePass

Password Safe to keep all your online passwords

Store your KeePass db file it in your Dropbox. Also choose one file (from your Dropbox or better another cloud storage drive, like GDrive, or OneDrive, as your KeePass DB Key File.

Keep a copy of your Key File on your phone storage as well, for when you need to open your KeePass from your phone.

Create a folder for your Critical passwords in the KeePass DB. Remember to set an expiry date (like in 1, 2,...3 month, as you like). Gmail, Dropbox, Paypal, Twitter account go there!

Clef

Get the App on the Play Store, and forget about your complex and critical password on your Chrome. Also will log you off automatically (after a define time (from the app), or if you log from another Chrome).

MyPermission

Chrome Extension that will help you review all the apps permissions you have set on all your accounts (Google, Dropbox, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook). Will popup a notification in Chrome if you have given new permissions on one of your accounts, so you can check and even revoke it from there. Will help you revoke a lot of apps permissions in one shot from Chrome!

Google Keep

In Keep or your favorite Cloud task reminder app, set a Note with reminder to popup every last Sunday of each months to review your KeePass expired password entries, and generate new password (on each corresponding site as well).
