WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Hooks — 10.9.0 (draft layout)

This documents the actions and filters in the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin as of 10.9.0. Hooks are grouped by what they touch, not alphabetically, so hooks that solve a similar problem sit next to each other. Each hook is a self-contained block with a horizontal rule between entries, so your eye has a clear stopping point between one hook and the next.

A few framing notes before the findings:

- The wiki currently has **no "Deprecated Actions" section**, but 10.7.0 emits three actions via `do_action_deprecated()`. You'll want to add that section.
- Several entries the wiki lists as *deprecated filters* are not deprecated in code — they're plain `apply_filters()` calls. They should be moved back into the active Filters list.
