Not much to prepare/do:
You need to get the JupyterLab with RTC launched prior to the meeting (you can use/fork this gist).
Copy the link on the HackMD
Start the zoom (most likely already running as there is the notebook meeting before it) - otherwise the link is in the HackMD
Make the meeting goes over all agenda items and paying attention to people raising a hand or commenting on the chat
Add the meeting note as comment on jupyterlab/frontends-team-compass#128
