Fixes mysql engine for Rivendell tables

To test it :

$ mysql -N -u rduser -pletmein Rivendell < innodb-for-rivendell.sql
ALTER TABLE ...

To change tables :

$ mysql -N -u rduser -pletmein Rivendell < innodb-for-rivendell.sql | mysql -u rduser -pletmein Rivendell
