Impressions cache loaders

Deployable Spring Boot service that loads AlloyDB caches from Kafka (nav, inventory, sku-choice-mapping, customer location). Cx-wide: ../AGENTS.md. Related nav_snapshot BQ writer bump/flag: ../impressions-async/AGENTS.md.

Consumer group bumps (-vN)

When a flag-gated loader has been skip-and-acking under ff_cx_impressions_cache_loaders, its consumer group may already hold committed offsets. To let EARLIEST replay, abandon that group by suffixing -vN on the companion GROUP_ID. The canonical value is always the *ConsumerConfig companion constant — not this file.
