Technical Support / Integrations Developer

Location: New York, NY
Type: Full-time
Experience: Entry-level

At Jibe, we make software to help Fortune 1000 and blue chip companies hire more effectively, and make the process of applying for those jobs less painful. Our clients love us, and we're growing like crazy.

We are looking for an entry-level developer to build new integrations with third-party services and to work with our client support team in addressing client concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new integrations with third-party services, utilizing APIs, web scraping, and browser automation.
  • Communicate with the client support team to understand specific client problems and concerns.
  • Provide clients and client support with data on product and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with client support on resolving engineering-dependent client issues.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Ruby.
  • Intuition for manipulating and presenting data.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Rails.
  • Experience with MongoDB.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with browser automation.
  • Experience with web scraping.
