wsl: Read-only file system

  1. open WSL and run:
sudo e2fsck /dev/sdb -y
sudo e2fsck /dev/sdb -p

  1. open PowerShell and run: wsl --shutdown

  2. open WSL, repeat if steps 1,2 if the issue persists
