did you find any solution ? I am getting same error
I can see that the S3 bucket (bucketforwordpresslab-donotdelete) was either deleted or repermissioned. It was never mine in the first place so I can't be sure what was in it. It's referenced by many articles online so it's likely others out there are also seeking a solution.
