| It was the time for new year and I bought new Echo dot for my girlfriend. | |
| Everything was good for 1 month but when she got new job and she moved to CA and tried to connect echo dot again with Wi-Fi. | |
| She got the error message 12:2:15:10:1. | |
| I search on google then I found this web page related to echo erros. If anybody familiar with this error then please give suggestion. | |

Because either you are using different amazon account to register or you are using a wireless router not supported by Amazon echo device.
as error 12 means your device is reported lost or stolen,
try to connect your device to the different network and see if it work.
however, you can get the solution to your problem for this troubleshooting guide for echo Error 12:2:15:10:1.
