My Pairin result is says that I am in the strongest driver category.
I beieve my greatest strenght is my determination. I am sincere about completing a task and understanding it to the best of my ability. I will try and try again until I have accomplished my goal. I work best in a quiet environment. I need to review and write and then practice until I understand the information. I hope to use my drive until I have a successful computer programming career.I need to work on asking for help and use resources available to me. There is a lot of flexibility in software development and I can choose the right environment that works for me.
I need to make sure I have the time and good habits to allow for the exposure of new material and practice understanding will require. Not following directions properly has been my biggest hurdle. This could mean the time an assignment will take or my understanding of what is being asked. I seem to think I know what a question is asking for and later on I realized I did not have an accurate understanding of the question. I completely agree with article in that if I do not allow myself the realization that I will learn little by little, step by step and not letting myself dwell in the despair when I do not understand something, I will stay determined.
