| - Client preferences: information about real estate developments (empreendimentos) of interest to the client. | |
| - Meeting data: transcriptions and notes generated during online meetings. | |

| All collected data is securely stored in our database hosted on Supabase, with access restricted to authorized Seazone employees. | |

| We do not share any collected data with third parties. | |

| Data is used exclusively for: | |

| - Enabling follow-up contact with clients. | |
