Developer(s) have requested to be able to assign other users to have the ability to handle their refunds and this would satisfy that request.
This would allow splits beyond the currently supported 50/50 split. We still will require developer's to contact Packix to enable a split on a package.
Users have reported their being bugs with adding a change list to a package, the page currently becomes unresponsive.
Currently every declined refund gets escalated to Packix. This has led to a huge influx in required work needed for that queue. The plan is to stop auto-escalating declined requests and give the user 7 days from when the request was declined to escalate the request.
This feature will only be written this weekend if all the above get finished first. This would allow a user to cancel a refund request if they fixed their own issue etc... We have seen an influx of developers having to decline requests the user ends up telling them they want to be cancelled.
I was wondering if you could add an option for developers to be able to block users who buy a theme and then they share it for free on pirate repos it would be nice to at least prevent users that we know have bought our packages themes etc and then they share them without consent
