Developing a web interface for DoMo-Pred, the protein interactions prediction tool

Developing a web interface for DoMo-Pred is a GSoC2017 project aimed at develop a web interface for the DoMo-Pred command line tool. This work simplified the analysis of protein-protein interactions in yeast and other kinds of organisms. I worked on making DoMo-Pred available online for everyone. And all major functions have completed.

We have a live version here,to use it, just upload or input pairs of protein IDs and click run then the web interface will return the result. Researchers can easily share the result with their colleagues and visualize the network of those interactions with significant scores. Also, the result can be used for performing other analysis.
