Buy some nice oat flakes (you can use fine or coarse, whatever you prefer).
- Take 250g (~9 Ounces [oz]) oat flakes
- Take about 100-150ml (5 [fl oz]) of honey or agave syrup
- Mix the oat flakes and the honey well
- You can add some cinnamon now if you want
- Roast the mixed flakes in a pan now for a short time (so that the honey is soaked by the flakes, about 2-5 minutes)
- Prepare a baking tray and put some baking paper on it.
- Dispense the oat mash on the tray.
- Heat the oven to 180deg [Celsius] / 302 degrees [Fahrenheit]
- Let the mash bake for 7-12 minutes (depends on how dark you like it)
- Let it cool down completely
- Now break up the mash into small pieces and store it in a dry environment
