Latest Ruby version as of today with funny-falcon's performance patch
I installed the performance patch that is at https://gist.github.com/1688857 and was so satisfied with it that when a new Ruby version and newer patches were released I had to install them.
Full credits go to @burke and @funny-falcon, I simply reused their work.
