Gmail

Bookmarks to emails are persistent

You can bookmark individual emails. The bookmarks are persistent, apparently indefinitely (works for me with bookmarks made several years ago).

Add a 30 second delay before the email is actually sent

Settings > General > Undo Send: > Send cancellation period: 30 seconds

? (Question mark) shows you a HUD with keyboard shortcuts

Images in comments

You can have images in comments. Put the image into Drive. Put a hyperlink to that image into the comment.
