Production maintenance

  • MUMMNG-1715 : Production Tomcat and JDK updating : 5 story points. Sub-tasks for both the upgrade in prod and smoke testing in QA.

New epic : TUT decommision

  • MUMMNG-1722 : Notify about impending server decomission / transition : 3 story points.
  • MUMMNG-1721 : new my-test entity builder : 5 story points.
  • MUMMNG-1724 : Jenkins updates for new my-test : 13 story points.
  • MUMMNG-1725 : Docker activation solution for my-test : 13 points. Achieves continuous uptime, and also to be applied to my-predev.

Beta becomes default

  • MUMUP-1947 : Welcome to beta! (popup) : 13 story points. Discussed that the welcome content should be accessible, but that "equivalent access" is an acceptable way to achieve this. Discussed options for "one time" display and acceptability of using browser-side LocalStorage (hey, Google does it!). Discussed just not showing the welcome-to-beta content at all on mobile.
  • MUMUP-1949 : Welcome to beta (slides!) : 13 story points, as a follow-on to MUMUP-1947.
  • MUMUP-1948 : the header under Beta goes away on beta-is-default release : 5 story points. Discussed feasibility of putting the change behind of date switch and seemed not feasible, tying the change to a tagged release version instead.

  • MUMMNG-1711 : Facilitate July 2015 MyUW developer meeting : 2 story points. Discussion of a rather hands-off approach to facilitation of soliciting agenda items in advance and canceling the meeting if agenda items do not emerge.
