Deploy Rails 5.0.* to VPS(Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS). Nginx, Puma, Capistrano3, PostgreSQL, RVM.

1) store variables in /etc/environment
2) uncomment line in /etc/init/puma.conf

Upstart on ubuntu 15+:
